PID Control of VAV System based on Elman Neural Network

چکیده
As the air-conditioning control system has the nonlinearity, large time delay and time variation and other characteristics.In this paper,we put forward a method of self-adjusting PID algorithm based on the modified Elman neural network, and the output of the network adjust the three parameters of the PID controller online, so that it has the high controlling precision, good dynamic characteristic and robustness. The dynamic and steady states performance of this system can be increased and the air conditioning system can be controlled effectively through adjusting the PID parameters online based on the modified Elman neural network.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID control system, the PID control system based on the Elman neural network has stronger robustness and adaptive ability, higher control precision, better control effect, stronger skills of learning and wider application prospect.
